قال تعالى: من إن تأمنه بدينار [آل عمران/ 75]، أصله: دنار، فأبدل من إحدى النونين ياء، وقيل: أصله بالفارسية دين آر، أي: الشريعة جاءت به.

Yüce Allah şöyle buyurdu: "...onlardan öylesi vardır ki, ona bir dinar emanet etsen..." [3:75]. Bu kelimenin aslı "dinnâr"dır; sonra iki nûndan biri yâ'ya çevrilmiştir. Bir görüşe göre ise aslı Farsça "dîn âr" olup, yani: şeriat onu getirmiştir.
