لَّقَدْ أَحْصَىٰهُمْ وَعَدَّهُمْ عَدًّا

Verily

لقد أحصى الله سبحانه وتعالى خَلْقَه كلهم، وعلم عددهم، فلا يخفى عليه أحد منهم.

And olsun ki onların adedini bilmiş ve teker teker saymıştır.
