ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱسْتَوَىٰ

الرحمن على العرش استوى أي ارتفع وعلا استواء يليق بجلاله وعظمته.

Rahman arşa hükmetmektedir.
