هو الذي يريكم من آياته البرق -وهو النور اللامع من خلال السحاب- فتخافون أن تنزل عليكم منه الصواعق المحرقة، وتطمعون أن ينزل معه المطر، وبقدرته سبحانه يوجد السحاب المحمَّل بالماء الكثير لمنافعكم.
