هو سبحانه المتفرد بالإحياء والإماتة، فإذا قضى أمرًا فإنما يقول له: "كن"، فيكون، لا رادَّ لقضائه.

Dirilten, öldüren O'dur. Bir şeye karar verirse "Ol" der, o da oluverir.
