هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ

EN

It is He Who gives Life and Death; and when He decides upon an affair, He says to it, "Be", and it is.
