أولا يرى المنافقون أن الله يبتليهم بالقحط والشدة، وبإظهار ما يبطنون من النفاق مرة أو مرتين في كل عام؟ ثم هم مع ذلك لا يتوبون مِن كفرهم ونفاقهم، ولا هم يتعظون ولا يتذكرون بما يعاينون من آيات الله.
