يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ

EN

"He punishes whom He pleases, and He grants Mercy to whom He pleases, and towards Him are ye turned.
