هو وحده الذي يخلقكم في أرحام أمهاتكم كما يشاء، من ذكر وأنثى، وحسن وقبيح، وشقي وسعيد، لا معبود بحق سواه، العزيز الذي لا يُغالَب، الحكيم في أمره وتدبيره.
