ثم استوى سبحانه وتعالى، أي قصد إلى السماء وكانت دخانًا من قبلُ، فقال للسماء وللأرض: انقادا لأمري مختارتين أو مجبرتين. قالتا: أتينا مذعنين لك، ليس لنا إرادة تخالف إرادتك.
