21:95

وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

Translation

EN

But there is a ban on any population which We have destroyed: that they shall not return,
