38:10

أَمْ لَهُم مُّلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ فَلْيَرْتَقُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَسْبَـٰبِ

Translation

EN

Or have they the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all between? If so, let them mount up with the ropes and means (to reach that end)!

أم لهؤلاء المشركين مُلْك السموات والأرض وما بينهما، فيُعْطوا ويَمْنعوا؟ فليأخذوا بالأسباب الموصلة لهم إلى السماء، حتى يحكموا بما يريدون من عطاء ومنع.
