فلما ذهب عن إبراهيم الخوف الذي انتابه لعدم أكل الضيوف الطعام، وجاءته البشرى بإسحاق ويعقوب، ظلَّ يجادل رسلنا فيما أرسلناهم به من عقاب قوم لوط وإهلاكهم.
