ثم أخذ موسى بلحية هارون ورأسه يجرُّه إليه، فقال له هارون: يا ابن أمي لا تمسك بلحيتي ولا بشعر رأسي، إني خفتُ - إن تركتهم ولحقت بك - أن تقول: فرَّقت بين بني إسرائيل، ولم تحفظ وصيتي بحسن رعايتهم.
