والله وحده هو الذي ينزل المطر من السماء، فيغيثهم به من بعد ما يئسوا من نزوله، وينشر رحمته في خلقه، فيعمهم بالغيث، وهو الوليُّ الذي يتولى عباده بإحسانه وفضله، الحميد في ولايته وتدبيره.
