ٱلْـَٔـٰنَ خَفَّفَ ٱللَّهُ عَنكُمْ وَعَلِمَ أَنَّ فِيكُمْ ضَعْفًا ۚ فَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُم مِّا۟ئَةٌ صَابِرَةٌ يَغْلِبُوا۟ مِا۟ئَتَيْنِ ۚ وَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُمْ أَلْفٌ يَغْلِبُوٓا۟ أَلْفَيْنِ بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ مَعَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ

الترجمة

الآن خفف الله عنكم أيها المؤمنون لما فيكم من الضعف، فإن يكن منكم مائة صابرة يغلبوا مائتين من الكافرين، وإن يكن منكم ألف يغلبوا ألفين منهم بإذن الله تعالى. والله مع الصابرين بتأييده ونصره.

Tafsir al-Muyassarfree-distribution

Müminleri savaş için coştur. Sizin sabırlı yirmi kişiniz onlardan ikiyüz kişiyi yener. Sizin yüz kişiniz, inkar edenlerden bin kişiyi yener; çünkü onlar anlayışsız bir güruhtur. Şimdi Allah yükünüzü hafifletti, zira içinizde zaaf bulunduğunu biliyordu. Sizin sabırlı yüz kişiniz onlardan ikiyüz kişiyi yener; sizin bin kişiniz, Allah'ın izniyle, ikibin kişiyi yener. Allah sabredenlerle beraberdir.

Şimdi Allah sizden yükü hafifletti ve sizde bir zaaf olduğunu bildi. O halde sizden sabredecek yüz kişi olursa ikiyüz düşmana galip gelirler, sizden bin kişi olursa Allah'ın izniyle ikibin düşmana galip gelirler. Allah sabredenlerle beraberdir.

For the present, Allah hath lightened your (task), for He knoweth that there is a weak spot in you: But (even so), if there are a hundred of you, patient and persevering, they will vanquish two hundred, and if a thousand, they will vanquish two thousand, with the leave of Allah: for Allah is with those who patiently persevere.

But God has lightened your burden for now, knowing that there is weakness in you––a steadfast hundred of you will defeat two hundred and a steadfast thousand of you will defeat two thousand, by God’s permission: God is with the steadfast.
