وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَـٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِّنَ ٱلْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ

Translation
Also, they say: "Why is not this Qur'an sent down to some leading man in either of the two (chief) cities?"
