9:44

لَا يَسْتَـْٔذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ أَن يُجَـٰهِدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

Translation

EN

Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day ask thee for no exemption from fighting with their goods and persons. And Allah knoweth well those who do their duty.

Those who have faith in God and the Last Day do not ask you for exemption from struggle with their possessions and their persons- God knows exactly who is mindful of Him-

ليس من شأن المؤمنين بالله ورسوله واليوم الآخر أن يستأذنوك -أيها النبي- في التخلف عن الجهاد في سبيل الله بالنفس والمال، وإنما هذا من شأن المنافقين. والله عليم بمن خافه فاتقاه بأداء فرائضه واجتناب نواهيه.
