2:182

فمَن علم مِن موصٍ ميلا عن الحق في وصيته على سبيل الخطأ أو العمد، فنصح الموصيَ وقت الوصية بما هو الأعدل، فإن لم يحصل له ذلك فأصلح بين الأطراف بتغيير الوصية؛ لتوافق الشريعة، فلا ذنب عليه في هذا الإصلاح. إن الله غفور لعباده، رحيم بهم.

Tafsir al-Muyassarfree-distribution

Vasiyet edenin yanılacağından veya günaha gireceğinden endişe duyan kimse, ilgililerin arasını düzeltirse ona günah yoktur. Allah şüphesiz bağışlar ve merhamet eder.

Diyanet İşleriall-rights-reserved

Her kim de vasiyet edenin, bir hata işlemesinden veya bir günaha girmesinden endişe eder de tarafların arasını düzeltirse, ona bir vebal yoktur. Şüphesiz ki, Allah çok bağışlayıcıdır, çok merhamet edicidir.
