فَجُمع السحرة، وحُدِّد لهم وقت معلوم، هو وقت الضحى من يوم الزينة الذي يتفرغون فيه من أشغالهم، ويجتمعون ويتزيَّنون؛ وذلك للاجتماع بموسى. وحُثَّ الناس على الاجتماع؛ أملا في أن تكون الغلبة للسحرة.
