40:15

رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَـٰتِ ذُو ٱلْعَرْشِ يُلْقِى ٱلرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوْمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ

Translation

EN

Raised high above ranks (or degrees), (He is) the Lord of the Throne (of Authority): by His Command doth He send the Spirit (of inspiration) to any of His servants he pleases, that it may warn (men) of the Day of Mutual Meeting,-

He is exalted in rank, the Lord of the Throne. He sends revelations with His teachings to whichever of His servants He will, in order to warn of the Day of Meeting,

إن الله هو العليُّ الأعلى الذي ارتفعت درجاته ارتفاعًا باين به مخلوقاته، وارتفع به قَدْره، وهو صاحب العرش العظيم، ومن رحمته بعباده أن يرسل إليهم رسلا يلقي إليهم الوحي الذي يحيون به، فيكونون على بصيرة من أمرهم؛ لتخوِّف الرسل عباد الله، وتنذرهم يوم القيامة الذي يلتقي فيه الأولون والآخرون.
