2:57

وَظَلَّلْنَا عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلْغَمَامَ وَأَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلْمَنَّ وَٱلسَّلْوَىٰ ۖ كُلُوا۟ مِن طَيِّبَـٰتِ مَا رَزَقْنَـٰكُمْ ۖ وَمَا ظَلَمُونَا وَلَـٰكِن كَانُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ

Translation

EN

And We gave you the shade of clouds and sent down to you Manna and quails, saying: "Eat of the good things We have provided for you:" (But they rebelled); to us they did no harm, but they harmed their own souls.

We made the clouds cover you with shade, and sent manna and quails down to you, saying, ‘Eat the good things We have provided for you.’ It was not Us they wronged; they wronged themselves.

Bulutla sizi gölgelendirdik, kudret helvası ve bıldırcın indirdik, "Verdiğimiz rızıkların iyi ve güzel olanlarından yiyin" dedik. Onlar Bize değil, fakat kendilerine yazık ediyorlardı.

واذكروا نعمتنا عليكم حين كنتم تتيهون في الأرض؛ إذ جعلنا السحاب مظللا عليكم من حَرِّ الشمس، وأنزلنا عليكم المنَّ، وهو شيء يشبه الصَّمغ طعمه كالعسل، وأنزلنا عليكم السَّلوى وهو طير يشبه السُّمانَى، وقلنا لكم: كلوا من طيِّبات ما رزقناكم، ولا تخالفوا دينكم، فلم تمتثلوا. وما ظلمونا بكفران النعم، ولكن كانوا أنفسهم يظلمون؛ لأن عاقبة الظلم عائدة عليهم.
