4:93

وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ جَهَنَّمُ خَـٰلِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُۥ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُۥ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا

Translation

EN

If a man kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, to abide therein (For ever): And the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon him, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for him.

If anyone kills a believer deliberately, the punishment for him is Hell, and there he will remain: God is angry with him, and rejects him, and has prepared a tremendous torment for him.

ومن يَعْتَدِ على مؤمن فيقتله عن عمد بغير حق فعاقبته جهنم، خالدًا فيها مع سخط الله تعالى عليه وطَرْدِهِ من رحمته، إن جازاه على ذنبه وأعدَّ الله له أشد العذاب بسبب ما ارتكبه من هذه الجناية العظيمة. ولكنه سبحانه يعفو ويتفضل على أهل الإيمان فلا يجازيهم بالخلود في جهنم.
