ويجعله رسولا إلى بني إسرائيل، ويقول لهم: إني قد جئتكم بعلامة من ربكم تدلُّ على أني مرسل من الله، وهي أني أصنع لكم من الطين مثل شكل الطير، فأنفخ فيه فيكون طيرًا حقيقيا بإذن الله، وأَشفي مَن وُلِد أعمى، ومَن به برص، وأُحيي من كان ميتًا بإذن الله، وأخبركم بما تأكلون وتدَّخرون في بيوتكم من طعامكم. إن في هذه الأمور العظيمة التي ليست في قدرة البشر لدليلا على أني نبي الله ورسوله، إن كنتم مصدِّقين حجج الله وآياته، مقرِّين بتوحيده.

Ona Kitabı, hikmeti, Tevrat'ı ve İncil'i öğretecek, İsrailoğullarına şöyle diyen bir peygamber kılacak: "Ben size Rabbinizden bir ayet getirdim. Ben size çamurdan kuş gibi bir şey yapıp ona üfleyeceğim, Allah'ın izniyle, hemen kuş olacaktır; anadan doğma körleri, alacalıları iyi edeceğim; Allah'ın izniyle, ölüleri dirilteceğim; yediklerinizi ve evlerinizde sakladıklarınızı da size haber vereceğim. İnanmışsanız bunda size delil vardır".

Allah onu İsrailoğullarına (şöyle diyecek) bir peygamber olarak gönderir: "Şüphesiz ki ben size Rabbinizden bir âyet (mucize, belge) getirdim: Size, kuş biçiminde çamurdan birşey yaparım da içine üflerim, Allah'ın izniyle o, kuş olur; anadan doğma körü ve alacalıyı iyileştiririm ve Allah'ın izniyle ölüleri diriltirim. Evlerinizde ne yiyor ve neleri biriktiriyorsanız size haber veririm".

İsrailoğulları'na bir elçi olarak (görevlendirilecek olan İsa şöyle demişti): “Şüphesiz ki ben size Rabbinizden elbette delil getirmiş (olacağım). Şüphesiz ki ben size çamurdan bir kuş şeklinde (suret, heykel) yapacağım, ona üfleyeceğim, o da Allah’ın izni ile kuş olacak. (Yine) Allah’ın izni ile körü ve (teni) alacalıyı iyileştirecek, ölüleri dirilteceğim. Evlerinizde ne yiyip ne biriktirdiğinizi size bildireceğim. İnananlarsanız şüphesiz ki bunda sizin için bir delil vardır.

"And (appoint him) a messenger to the Children of Israel, (with this message): "'I have come to you, with a Sign from your Lord, in that I make for you out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by Allah's leave: And I heal those born blind, and the lepers, and I quicken the dead, by Allah's leave; and I declare to you what ye eat, and what ye store in your houses. He will send him as a messenger to the Children of Israel: “I have come to you with a sign from your Lord: I will make the shape of a bird for you out of clay, then breathe into it and, with God’s permission, it will become a real bird; I will heal the blind and the leper, and bring the dead back to life with God’s permission; I will tell you what you may eat and what you may store up in your houses. There truly is a sign for you in this, if you are believers.
