42:33

إِن يَشَأْ يُسْكِنِ ٱلرِّيحَ فَيَظْلَلْنَ رَوَاكِدَ عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِهِۦٓ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ

Translation

EN

If it be His Will He can still the Wind: then would they become motionless on the back of the (ocean). Verily in this are Signs for everyone who patiently perseveres and is grateful.

if He willed, He could bring the wind to a standstill and they would lie motionless on the surface of the sea- there truly are signs in this for anyone who is steadfast and thankful-

ومن آياته الدالة على قدرته الباهرة وسلطانه القاهر السفن العظيمة كالجبال تجري في البحر. إن يشأ الله الذي أجرى هذه السفن في البحر يُسكن الريح، فتَبْقَ السفن سواكن على ظهر البحر لا تجري، إن في جَرْي هذه السفن ووقوفها في البحر بقدرة الله لَعظات وحججًا بيِّنة على قدرة الله لكل صبار على طاعة الله، شكور لنعمه وأفضاله.
