له ملك السموات والأرض وما فيهما، فهو المالك المتصرف في خلقه، يحيي ويميت، وهو على كل شيء قدير، لا يتعذَّر عليه شيء أراده، فما شاءه كان، وما لم يشأ لم يكن.
