ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَصَـٰبَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّآ إِلَيْهِ رَٰجِعُونَ

Translation

EN

Who say, when afflicted with calamity: "To Allah We belong, and to Him is our return":-

those who say, when afflicted with a calamity, ‘We belong to God and to Him we shall return.’

Who say, when a misfortune striketh them: Lo! we are Allah's and lo! unto Him we are returning.

من صفة هؤلاء الصابرين أنهم إذا أصابهم شيء يكرهونه قالوا: إنَّا عبيد مملوكون لله، مدبَّرون بأمره وتصريفه، يفعل بنا ما يشاء، وإنا إليه راجعون بالموت، ثم بالبعث للحساب والجزاء.
