لُعِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِنۢ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ عَلَىٰ لِسَانِ دَاوُۥدَ وَعِيسَى ٱبْنِ مَرْيَمَ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوا۟ وَّكَانُوا۟ يَعْتَدُونَ

Translation

EN

Curses were pronounced on those among the Children of Israel who rejected Faith, by the tongue of David and of Jesus the son of Mary: because they disobeyed and persisted in excesses.

Those Children of Israel who defied [God] were rejected through the words of David, and Jesus, son of Mary, because they disobeyed, they persistently overstepped the limits,

يخبر تعالى أنه طرد من رحمته الكافرين من بني إسرائيل في الكتاب الذي أنزله على داود -عليه السلام- وهو الزَّبور، وفي الكتاب الذي أنزله على عيسى - عليه السلام - وهو الإنجيل؛ بسبب عصيانهم واعتدائهم على حرمات الله.
