فَٱنطَلَقَا حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا رَكِبَا فِى ٱلسَّفِينَةِ خَرَقَهَا ۖ قَالَ أَخَرَقْتَهَا لِتُغْرِقَ أَهْلَهَا لَقَدْ جِئْتَ شَيْـًٔا إِمْرًا

Translation

EN

So they both proceeded: until, when they were in the boat, he scuttled it. Said Moses: "Hast thou scuttled it in order to drown those in it? Truly a strange thing hast thou done!"

They travelled on. Later, when they got into a boat, and the man made a hole in it, Moses said, ‘How could you make a hole in it? Do you want to drown its passengers? What a strange thing to do!’

So they twain set out till, when they were in the ship, he made a hole therein. (Moses) said: Hast thou made a hole therein to drown the folk thereof? Thou verily hast done a dreadful thing.

So they set out, until when they had embarked on the ship, he [i.e., al-Khiḍr] tore it open. [Moses] said, "Have you torn it open to drown its people? You have certainly done a grave thing."

Bunun üzerine kalkıp gittiler; sonunda bir gemiye bindiklerinde, o gemiyi deliverdi; Musa: "Gemiyi içindekileri boğmak için mi deldin? Doğrusu şaşılacak bir şey yaptın" dedi.

Bunun üzerine ikisi beraber yürüdüler. Nihayet gemiye bindikleri zaman, o kul (Hızır) gemiyi deldi. Musa, ona şöyle dedi: "Geminin içindekileri boğmak için mi deldin? Doğrusu çok kötü bir iş yaptın."

فانطلقا يمشيان على الساحل، فمرت بهما سفينة، فطلبا من أهلها أن يركبا معهم، فلما ركبا قَلَعَ الخَضِر لوحًا من السفينة فخرقها، فقال له موسى: أَخَرَقْتَ السفينة؛ لتُغرِق أهلَها، وقد حملونا بغير أجر؟ لقد فعلت أمرًا منكرًا.
