To the Thamud People (We sent) Salih, one of their own brethren. He said: "O my people! Worship Allah: ye have no other god but Him. It is He Who hath produced you from the earth and settled you therein: then ask forgiveness of Him, and turn to Him (in repentance): for my Lord is (always) near, ready to answer."

To the Thamud, We sent their brother, Salih. He said, ‘My people, worship God. You have no god other than Him. It was He who brought you into being from the earth and made you inhabit it, so ask forgiveness from Him, and turn back to Him: my Lord is near, and ready to answer.’

And unto (the tribe of) Thamud (We sent) their brother Salih. He said: O my people! Serve Allah, Ye have no other Allah save Him. He brought you forth from the earth and hath made you husband it. So ask forgiveness of Him and turn unto Him repentant. Lo! my Lord is Nigh, Responsive.

Semud milletine kardeşleri Salih'i gönderdik. "Ey milletim! Allah'a kulluk edin; O'ndan başka tanrınız yoktur; sizi yeryüzünde yaratıp orayı imar etmenizi dileyen O'dur. Öyleyse O'ndan mağfiret dileyin, sonra da O'na tevbe edin. Doğrusu Rabbim size yakın ve duaları kabul edendir" dedi.

Sizi orada ömür sürmeye O memur etti. Bu sebepten O'nun mağfiretini isteyin, sonra O'na tevbe edin. Şüphesiz Rabbim yakındır, dualarınızı kabul eder."

Semûd (kavmine) de kardeşleri Salih’i (göndermiştik). “Ey kavmim! Allah’a kulluk edin! Sizin için O’ndan başka ilah yoktur. O sizi yerden (topraktan) yaratmış ve sizi orada yaşatmıştı. وأرسلنا إلى ثمود أخاهم صالحًا، فقال لهم: يا قوم اعبدوا الله وحده ليس لكم من إله يستحق العبادة غيره جل وعلا، فأخلصوا له العبادة، هو الذي بدأ خَلْقكم من الأرض بخلق أبيكم آدم منها، وجعلكم عُمَّارا لها، فاسألوه أن يغفر لكم ذنوبكم، وارجعوا إليه بالتوبة النصوح. إن ربي قريب لمن أخلص له العبادة، ورغب إليه في التوبة، مجيب له إذا دعاه.
