قَالُوٓا۟ أَءِنَّكَ لَأَنتَ يُوسُفُ ۖ قَالَ أَنَا۠ يُوسُفُ وَهَـٰذَآ أَخِى ۖ قَدْ مَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْنَآ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ مَن يَتَّقِ وَيَصْبِرْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

Translation

EN

They said: "Art thou indeed Joseph?" He said, "I am Joseph, and this is my brother: Allah has indeed been gracious to us (all): behold, he that is righteous and patient,- never will Allah suffer the reward to be lost, of those who do right."

and they cried, ‘Could it be that you are Joseph?’ He said, ‘I am Joseph. This is my brother. God has been gracious to us: God does not deny anyone who is mindful of God and steadfast in adversity the rewards of those who do good.’

They said: Is it indeed thou who art Joseph? He said: I am Joseph and this is my brother. Allah hath shown us favour. Lo! he who wardeth off (evil) and endureth (findeth favour); for lo! Allah loseth not the wages of the kindly.

Onlar "Yoksa sen, sahiden Yusuf musun?" dediler. O da "Ben Yusuf'um, bu da kardeşim" dedi, "Doğrusu Allah, bizi, lutfuyla nimetlendirdi. Gerçekten de kim Allah'dan korkar ve sabrederse, Allah, muhakkak ki, güzel işler yapanların mükafatını zayi etmez."

(Kardeşleri) “Yoksa sen -evet sen- Yusuf musun?” diye sormuşlar, o da “(Evet) ben Yusuf’um, bu da kardeşim!” cevabını vermişti. “(Birbirimize kavuşmayı) Allah bize lütfetti. Çünkü kim (Allah’a) karşı takvâlı (duyarlı) olur ve sabrederse, şüphesiz ki Allah güzel davrananların ödülünü boşa çıkarmaz.”

قالوا: أإنَّك لأنت يوسف؟ قال: نعم أنا يوسف، وهذا شقيقي، قد تفضَّل الله علينا، فجمع بيننا بعد الفرقة، إنه من يتق الله، ويصبر على المحن، فإن الله لا يذهب ثواب إحسانه، وإنما يجزيه أحسن الجزاء.
