17:33

وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا۟ ٱلنَّفْسَ ٱلَّتِى حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ ۗ وَمَن قُتِلَ مَظْلُومًا فَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا لِوَلِيِّهِۦ سُلْطَـٰنًا فَلَا يُسْرِف فِّى ٱلْقَتْلِ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مَنصُورًا

Translation

EN

Nor take life - which Allah has made sacred - except for just cause. And if anyone is slain wrongfully, we have given his heir authority (to demand qisas or to forgive): but let him not exceed bounds in the matter of taking life; for he is helped (by the Law).

Do not take life, which God has made sacred, except by right: if anyone is killed wrongfully, We have given authority to the defender of his rights, but he should not be excessive in taking life, for he is already aided [by God].

And slay not the life which Allah hath forbidden save with right. Whoso is slain wrongfully, We have given power unto his heir, but let him not commit excess in slaying. Lo! he will be helped.

And do not kill the soul [i.e., person] which Allāh has forbidden, except by right. And whoever is killed unjustly - We have given his heir authority, but let him not exceed limits in [the matter of] taking life. Indeed, he has been supported [by the law].

Allah'ın haram kıldığı cana haksız yere kıymayın. Haksız yere öldürülenin velisine bir yetki tanımışızdır. Artık o da öldürmekte aşırı gitmesin. Zira kendisi ne de olsa yardım görmüştür.

Haklı bir sebep olmadıkça, Allah'ın öldürülmesini haram kıldığı canı öldürmeyin. Kim haksız yere öldürülürse, biz onun velisine bir yetki verdik. O da öldürmede aşırı gitmesin. Çünkü ona (dinin kendisine verdiği yetki ile) yardım olunmuştur.

Allah’ın saygın kıldığı (öldürülmesini yasakladığı) canı haksız yere öldürmeyin!(Haksız yere) öldürülen kişinin velisine (yakınına) elbette yetki verdik. (Yine de) o öldürmede ileri gitmesin (ille de karşılığında ölüm istemesin)! Şüphesiz ki (öldürülen kişiye) yardım edilmiştir.

ولا تقتلوا النفس التي حرم الله قَتْلها إلا بالحق الشرعي كالقصاص أو رجم الزاني المحصن أو قتل المرتد. ومن قُتِل بغير حق شرعي فقد جعلنا لولي أمره مِن وارث أو حاكم حجة في طلب قَتْل قاتله أو الدية، ولا يصح لولي أمر المقتول أن يجاوز حدَّ الله في القصاص كأن يقتل بالواحد اثنين أو جماعة، أو يُمَثِّل بالقاتل، إن الله معين وليَّ المقتول على القاتل حتى يتمكن مِن قَتْله قصاصًا.
