5:106

يا أيها الذين صدَّقوا الله ورسوله وعملوا بشرعه إذا قرب الموت من أحدكم، فلْيُشْهِد على وصيته اثنين أمينين من المسلمين أو آخرين من غير المسلمين عند الحاجة، وعدم وجود غيرهما من المسلمين، تُشهدونهما إن أنتم سافرتم في الأرض فحلَّ بكم الموت، وإن ارتبتم في شهادتهما فقفوهما من بعد الصلاة -أي صلاة المسلمين، وبخاصة صلاة العصر-، فيقسمان بالله قسمًا خالصًا لا يأخذان به عوضًا من الدنيا، ولا يحابيان به ذا قرابة منهما، ولا يكتمان به شهادة لله عندهما، وأنهما إن فَعَلا ذلك فهما من المذنبين.

Ey İnananlar! Ölüm birinize geldiği zaman vasiyet ederken içinizden iki adil kimseyi; şayet yolculukta olup başınıza da ölüm musibeti gelmişse, namazdan sonra alıkoyacağınız, şüpheleniyorsanız, "Akraba bile olsa yeminle hiçbir değeri değiştirmeyeceğiz, Allah'ın şahidliğini gizlemeyeceğiz, yoksa şüphesiz günahkarlardan oluruz" diye yemin eden sizden olmayan iki kişiyi şahid tutun.

Ey iman edenler! İçinizden birine ölüm (emareleri) geldiği zaman, vasiyet sırasında aranızdaki şahitliğin hükmü, kendi içinizden iki adaletli şahit, yahut yeryüzünde yolculuğa çıkmış iseniz, ölüm (emareleri de) size gelip çatmışsa, sizden olmayan diğer iki şahit tutmaktır. Eğer (bunlardan) şüpheye düşerseniz, namazdan sonra onları alıkorsunuz. Onlar da Allah'a şöyle yemin ederler: "Akraba bile olsa, yemini bir çıkar karşılığı satmayacağız, Allah'ın şahitliğini gizlemeyeceğiz. Aksi halde günahkârlardan oluruz".

Ey iman edenler! Birinize ölüm gelip çatınca, vasiyet esnasında içinizden adalet sahibi iki kişi aranızda şahitlik etsin! Veya yeryüzünde yolculuktayken başınıza ölüm musibeti gelmişse sizden olmayan başka iki kişi (şahit olsun)! Şüpheye düşerseniz o iki şahidi salâttan (ibadetten) sonra durdurup “Akraba (menfaatine) de olsa bu vasiyet karşılığında hiçbir şeyi satın almayacağız; Allah (için yaptığımız) şahitliği gizlemeyeceğiz; (aksini yaparsak) bu takdirde biz elbette günahkârlardan oluruz.” diye Allah’a (Allah adına) yemin ettirirsiniz.

O ye who believe! When death approaches any of you, (take) witnesses among yourselves when making bequests,- two just men of your own (brotherhood) or others from outside if ye are journeying through the earth, and the chance of death befalls you (thus). If ye doubt (their truth), detain them both after prayer, and let them both swear by Allah: "We wish not in this for any worldly gain, even though the (beneficiary) be our near relation: we shall hide not the evidence before Allah: if we do, then behold! the sin be upon us!"

You who believe, when death approaches any of you, let two just men from among you act as witnesses to the making of a bequest, or two men from another people if you are journeying in the land when death approaches. Keep the two witnesses back after prayer, if you have any doubts, and make them both swear by God, ‘We will not sell our testimony for any price, even if a close relative is involved. We will not hide God’s testimony, for then we should be doing wrong.’

O ye who believe! Let there be witnesses between you when death draweth nigh unto one of you, at the time of bequest - two witnesses, just men from among you, or two others from another tribe, in case ye are campaigning in the land and the calamity of death befall you. Ye shall empanel them both after the prayer, and, if ye doubt, they shall be made to swear by Allah (saying): We will not take a bribe, even though it were (on behalf of) a near kinsman nor will we hide the testimony of Allah, for then indeed we should be of the sinful.

O you who have believed, testimony [should be taken] among you when death approaches one of you at the time of bequest - [that of] two just men from among you or two others from outside if you are traveling through the land and the disaster of death should strike you. Detain them after the prayer and let them both swear by Allāh if you doubt [their testimony, saying], "We will not exchange it [i.e., our oath] for a price [i.e., worldly gain], even if he should be a near relative, and we will not withhold the testimony of [i.e., ordained by] Allāh. Indeed, we would then be of the sinful."
